Processing + Lead Time
Order processing and lead time vary depending on the order, however generally lead time is 7-10 days with order processing at 3-5 days. Keep in mind that I prefer to get orders out in a timely fashion, so these time frames are estimates. Once your item ships, you will receive an email notifying you. If I encounter a delay in production, I will do my best to reach out to you personally to communicate with you the delay.
Domestic shipping is free within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii as long as the purchase is over $25.00USD. Any amount below that threshold will incur a $5.00USD flat rate shipping fee.
Generally, Canadian shipping is $10. Because I am unable to specify the type of international shipping, you will see a charge for $16. The difference will be refunded when applicable.
International shipping is a flat $16, regardless of weight. International shipping is expensive. Please understand I have done what I can to keep it as low as possible. International shipping charges cover the cost of shipping plus materials.
Insurance + Tracking
All domestic packages will come with a tracking number. International orders will come with a custom's tracking number. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should you be an international customer and want to purchase priority shipping, please indicate that to me PRIOR TO PURCHASE (you can email me or message me on Instagram)
Shipping Delays/Missing Packages
Currently (as of January 2021) the USPS (and other mail carriers) is experiencing severe delays due to the ongoing pandemic. This also includes international packages, as items arriving to customs locations may be backed up. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
If you suspect your package is DELAYED, please refer to your tracking number for any updates as I am able to see the same thing you do. If it has been MORE than a MONTH but less than THREE MONTHS and you have still not received your package, please reach out to me as soon as possible so I can investigate and see what options I have available to me. It is up to YOU, the customer, to notify me if your package does not arrive within that THREE MONTH time frame. Anything after that point is out of my hands and I am unable to offer any replacements or store credits.
Returns + Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not allowed due to the limited batch size. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to me via email.
