As of 9/4/2020, Cloverset Lettering is still in full production and able to ship packages. Please understand shipping times are delayed, that includes domestic AND international orders. Before ordering, please check and make sure your country is ALLOWING packages from the US. Any postal-returned packages will not be refunded. I will continue to do my best to process packages in a timely manner so it takes as little time as possible to get to you. If you have ANY questions regarding your package ONCE IT SHIPS, please refer to your tracking number/custom's number. If you are an international customer who places an order and would like to ADD insurance/tracking, please contact me so I can invoice you for that as it varies slightly by weight. Processing + Lead Time

Order processing and lead time vary depending on the order, however generally lead time is 7-10 days with order processing at 3-5 days. Keep in mind that I prefer to get orders out in a timely fashion, so these time frames are estimates. Once your item ships, you will receive an email notifying you. If I encounter a delay in production, I will do my best to reach out to you personally to communicate with you the delay.

Shipping

Domestic shipping is free within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

Generally, Canadian shipping is $10. Because I am unable to specify the type of international shipping, you will see a charge for $16. The difference will be refunded when applicable. 

International shipping is a flat $16, regardless of weight. International shipping is expensive. Please understand I have done what I can to keep it as low as possible. International shipping charges cover the cost of shipping plus materials. 

Insurance + Tracking

All domestic packages will come with a tracking number. International orders will come with a custom's tracking number. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should you be an international customer and want to purchase priority shippingplease indicate that to me PRIOR TO PURCHASE (you can email me or message me on Instagram)

Returns + Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not allowed due to the limited batch size. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to me via email.
